1. GENERAL
1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“You”), place an order via www.spektaklet.se (the “Site”). The agreement is between you and Henric Froh AB, corporate registration number 559196-2872. These Terms only apply to consumers.
1.2 To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. Spektaklet AB reserves the right to refuse or adjust an order in case of suspected errors or credit issues.
1.3 We reserve the right for any typographical errors, price changes, or technical issues on the site.
1.4 All content on the Site is owned by Spektaklet AB and may not be copied or used without written permission.
2. PRODUCTION & ENVIRONMENT
2.1 All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means that each product is manufactured specifically for you after your order has been placed, in order to reduce overproduction and waste. As a result, delivery times may vary slightly depending on production and shipping location.
3. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days, with the exception of personalized products (e.g., custom names, dates, or images made specifically for you).
3.2 We accept returns, but you as the customer are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and ensuring that the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging. To return, send your order to

3.3 If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from your refund based on the product’s reduced value.
3.4 Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be carefully packaged and preferably returned in their original packaging.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery normally takes place within 3–6 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping costs are specified at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4.2 We partner with multiple printing hubs for global production and shipping. Your order will be printed and shipped from the closest production facility to your location to ensure faster and more sustainable delivery.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
5.1 All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is made using the options available at checkout.
5.2 Spektaklet AB uses third-party payment providers. Credit checks may be performed for invoice or installment payments.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1 If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and include photo documentation.
6.2 We comply with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and will address valid complaints in accordance with consumer protection laws.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Spektaklet AB is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, government decisions, or disruptions in transportation chains.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
Disputes should first be resolved through communication with our customer service. If no agreement can be reached, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (www.arn.se). Swedish law applies.
